1.) General Requirements

  • Marriage Contract (if married)
  • Birth Certificate (if single)

  • With 2 years Pag-IBIG membership contribution
  • 24 months contribution can be paid lump sum if not yet a member of Pag-IBIG
  • Approved (with signature of HDMF verifier and certifier)
  • Contribution must be updated
  • With Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV)
  • With Seaman's Passbook (If OFW)
  • Multi-purpose loan (MPL) must be updated
  • MSVS must be properly filled up by the borrower
  • Write the Developer name and birthdate on the top of MSVS
  • Contribution must be reconciled if the borrower had a new employer

BRIGHT HOMES & REALTY CORPORATION (BHRC) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in November 1995.  The primary purpose of the Company is to engage in real property development and marketing.

Since then, BHRC  has been at the forefront of residential development north of Metro Manila, in Sta Maria Bulacan. Its very first housing project, BULACAN MEADOWS is a 21-hectare property consisting of 1,517 housing units.  The original development was for three (3) years.  The project, however, was completed in just two years.
