BRIGHT HOMES & REALTY CORPORATION (BHRC) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in November 1995. The primary purpose of the Company is to engage in real property development and marketing.
Since then, BHRC has been at the forefront of residential development north of Metro Manila, in Sta Maria Bulacan. Its very first housing project, BULACAN MEADOWS is a 21-hectare property consisting of 1,517 housing units. The original development was for three (3) years. The project, however, was completed in just two years.
Buoyed by the growing market demand for affordable housing units and encouraged by the government's support for affordable housing programs, in 2007, the Company set out for its next endeavor, the development of El Pueblo Del Rio. The said project with a total land area of 26 hectares is expected to generate about 2,700 housing units upon full completion.
Aside from BULACAN MEADOWS and EL PUEBLO DEL RIO, in June 2011, the Company launched another residential project adjacent to BULACAN MEADOWS. This new project, PRIMEVILLE RESIDENCES with a total area of 18 hectares is planned to generate another 1,340 units.
BHRC also has one-hectare property in Antipolo (near commercial area), called Alpine County. This residential enclave caters to the middle income market.
A Bright Homes community offers easy access to basic necessities like business establishments, schools, transportation facilities and perhaps all other services required in a modern setting. Each Bright Homes community also comes complete with recreational amenities.
