How to reserve a unit in Bright Homes?An affordable house and lot in Sta Maria Bulacan
If you are going to buy a house and lot in Bright Homes or in any other projects, you need to first check the project yourself. This is to make sure that you see the property and you really want to buy a unit there. Most of the Developers have tripping schedule wherein you can schedule yourself for the site viewing.
In the Project Site, you can see directly the model units and the turnover unit. The layout of the unit you want to purchase, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms or if there are balconies available.
It will be discussed then to you the Payment method available, whether In house, Pagibig or Bank Financing. The Equity/Downpayment required, its terms, reservation fees and the requirements needed for whatever financing you will choose. Once you decided to get a unit, after considering the location, the house type, the financing scheme and terms, it is now time for you to reserve a unit.
To reserve a unit in Bright Homes, you need to consider the following:
Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW):
If thru Representative:
- Authorized Representative
- Valid IDs of representative
- Copy of Passport of the Principal Buyer
- Copy of Job Contract
- Valid IDs of Principal Buyer and spouse (if married)
- Reservation Fee:
- Patricia Model - 10K
- Eliza Model - 10K
- Katrina Royale - 10K
- Ysabella Model - 20K
- Zen Model - 20K
- Princess Catherine - 20K
- Other Requirements such as Special Power of Attorney and General requirements, can be submitted within 30 days.
Locally Employed:
- Latest 2 month payslip
- Contract of Employment
- 2 Valid IDs including spouse if married
- Reservation Fee:
- Patricia Model - 10K
- Eliza Model - 10K
- Katrina Royale - 10K
- Ysabella Model - 20K
- Zen Model - 20K
- Princess Catherine - 20K
- Other requirements to be completed within 30 days.
Also, the representative or the principal buyer should sign the Reservation Agreement (RA) and Buyers Information Sheet (BIS) upon reservation. The site officer in charge will assist in the reservation. He/She will accept the reservation and provide a computation sheet to the Buyer.
Please note that reservation can be made in the site in Bright Homes Sta Maria Bulacan during Open House or in Bright Homes Head Office at South Triangle Quezon City.
Reservation can be cash or check.

Bulacan Meadows - already sold out subdivision
El Pueblo Del Rio - comprised of low cost and medium cost housing, price ranges 800K-3M
Primeville Residences - composed of Zen and Princess Catherine Model, price ranges 2M-2.5M
