In my point of view, the best time to buy a property is when you are already ready to buy it.  It is when you already afford to pay the monthly amortization of your house.  Whatever our situations right now, properties tend to increase it's value through time.  There are always people who will buy a property and that creates demand and as such, creates increase in property prices. Of course, there are other factors that will affect the price of property such as improvement in roads, cities and towns and communities surrounding the property.

In my own experience, based on the property that I'm selling before, property prices increase by an average of 10% per year.  You can see in condominium and house and lot projects that the value of the unit that they are selling increase dramatically through time.  

Property prices tend to increase through time and as such it is really important to have a perfect timing in buying a property for you.  You might wonder that the price of the property you have visited a year ago, already increased as of today and as such, the corresponding amortization and the required income to purchase it also increase already.


At the end of the day, it is really your decision whether to buy a property now or later. There are many factors that need to consider such as price, location, accessibility, payment scheme, capacity to pay and many others.

How to reserve a unit in Bright Homes?An affordable house and lot in Sta Maria Bulacan



If you are going to buy a house and lot in Bright Homes or in any other projects, you need to first check the project yourself.  This is to make sure that you see the property and you really want to buy a unit there.  Most of the Developers have tripping schedule wherein you can schedule yourself for the site viewing.

In the Project Site, you can see directly the model units and the turnover unit.  The layout of the unit you want to purchase, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms or if there are balconies available.  

It will be discussed then to you the Payment method available, whether In house, Pagibig or Bank Financing.  The Equity/Downpayment required, its terms, reservation fees and the requirements needed for whatever financing you will choose.  You can check the details by browsing the House Models in this website.

Once you decided to get a unit, after considering the location, the house type, the financing scheme and terms, it is now time for you to reserve a unit.

To reserve a unit in Bright Homes, you need to consider the following:

Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW):

  • Valid IDs of representative
  • Copy of Passport of the Principal Buyer
  • Copy of Job Contract
  • Valid IDs of Principal Buyer and spouse (if married)
  • Reservation Fee:

    • Ysabella Model - 20K
    • Zen Model - 20K
    • Princess Catherine - 20K
  • Other Requirements such as Special Power of Attorney and General requirements, can be submitted within 30 days.

  • 2 Valid IDs including spouse if married
  • Reservation Fee:

Please note that reservation can be made in the site in Bright Homes Sta Maria Bulacan during Open House or in Bright Homes Head Office at South Triangle Quezon City.
